Jindivick is set in the beautiful countryside of West Gippsland and is in an area designated by Tourism Victoria as a Gourmet-Deli Region. There are several attractions in the area.

For those who like being out of doors there are the Nangara and Glen Nayook Reserves, The Tooronga River and Falls at Noojee and a restored trestle railway bridge; the only bridge on the line to survive the 1939 fires.

There are a number of country drives to the Blue Rock Dam, to Mount Worth National Park or to Mirboo North. For those who like attractive shops Yarragon has a well deserved reputation as a stopping place on the Freeway.

Further afield you can make day excursions to the Walhalla Goldfields and Railway, Mt Baw Baw, Korumburra, Leongatha or the Yarra Valley but these will take a full day to accomplish.

Wherever you go driving through the local countryside is a delight and the countryside attractive.

Testimonials

We waited over a year for this experience and it was worth the wait. The peace, quiet and beauty was invigorating for all of us and just what we needed. Your generous hospitality went beyond all our expectations. It is a very beautiful part of the world. We look forward to seeing you again.

Many thanks for your caring hospitality towards us. We have had a lovely time with interesting conversations, excellent meals and the accommodation was “wow”. We shall tell all our Village friends about Jindivick Gardens; and we will be back.

Dear Carol and Charles: We had a very relaxing time during our stay at Jindivick Gardens. We love being looked after so well and will find it a shock to go back to shopping and cooking for ourselves. We did not know West Gippsland and its’ beautiful countryside before and we loved exploring it. With very best wishes
